Q. Who are you and what kind of companies do you work for? A. IT Services are a local IT company based in the market town of Lutterworth. We have easy access to both the M6 & M1 and the surrounding area. We work for businesses in all sectors and all sizes. We can provide IT solutions throughout the Midlands.
Q. If I have an IT problem – how soon can you help? A. We try to help you immediately, for Contract Support Customers we aim to provide a 2 hour verbal response time to queries and visits on site are prioritised above any ad hoc clients.
Q. When are normal support hours for clients? A.Target response time to logged calls will be four hours (usually 2 hours) during normal business hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08.30- 16.00. However, we try to resolve any logged calls as soon as possible. Resolution time depends on the nature of the problem.
Bank holidays are excluded.
Period between Christmas and New Year is excluded but separate arrangements can be made if required.
Q. Can you provide Remote Support? A. Yes a host of IT problems are resolved for companies choosing to have remote support as part of their Network Support Package.
Q. I need an Anti-Virus Solution that works effectively, can you help? A. Of course. IT Services can provide the software require, install and maintain your anti-virus solution. We can even perform a security audit on your whole network to ensure maximum protection.
Q. You look like a good company, but are you expensive? A. IT Services undercut most of our competitors so we offer great value for money. Our customers also know that any amount of downtime, whether it’s from a single PC or an entire network could cost their company huge amounts of money in both lost revenue and production. We are committed to cutting cost for all of our clients without cutting corners.
Q. My company has multiple offices which I need to connect. What’s the best way to do it? A. IT Services can find the best solution for most businesses that don’t want huge costs for leased lines is to connect multiple offices with a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Q. Are your engineers Microsoft qualified? A. Yes. All of IT Services are Microsoft Qualified. Our engineers are constantly assessed and trained so they are up to date on the latest technology and software. This means problems are resolved quickly saving you time and money. This also means that they are able to give you sound impartial advice to your business on any IT matter.
